Project Background
A home appliance manufacturer needed foam pads of different hardness installed at several positions inside their products: soft pads for vibration damping and hard pads for structural support and positioning — all from a single supplier covering the complete range.
Our Solution
We supplied self-adhesive EVA foam pads in four hardness grades — 25°, 38°, 50° and 65° — each identified by a different colour for easy distinction. All pads share the same cutting precision and the same specification of adhesive backing, ensuring a consistent installation process.
