EVA Foam Floor Mat
High-density EVA foam anti-slip floor mat with excellent cushioning and slip resistance, for factory workshops, gyms and children's activity areas.
Project Background
A customer needed anti-slip, shock-absorbing floor matting for a factory workshop. The material had to be wear- and pressure-resistant with good slip resistance, and effectively reduce fatigue for workers standing for long periods.
Our Solution
We produced interlocking square mats from high-density EVA foam, with an embossed anti-slip surface and a 15 mm thickness providing ample cushioning. The interlocking design makes laying and replacement easy, and the layout can be flexibly combined to suit the floor area.
Customer Feedback
After installation, workplace accidents dropped noticeably and standing comfort improved significantly. The mats are simple to clean and maintain — a wipe with a damp cloth is enough — and were well received by workshop managers.
