Product Overview
The 38 Shore C EVA foam roll is one of our core base materials, produced from premium eco-friendly EVA resin through a continuous foaming process and supplied in roll form. Roll width is a uniform 1 metre, each roll is 50 metres long, and thickness covers 17 gauges from 0.3 mm to 15 mm — meeting every need from ultra-thin liners to heavy-duty cushioning.
The closed-cell structure gives a smooth, even surface with consistent thickness, plus excellent flexibility and rebound. It bends and folds freely without breaking, making it an ideal substrate for downstream conversion such as slitting, stamping, adhesive backing and hot forming.
