The customer's products were rattling in their packaging and suffering localised knocks during transport. They needed fast filling and fixing within a limited budget.
Our Solution
We die-cut custom EVA foam filler blocks to the inner dimensions of the packaging, laminated with self-adhesive on the back:
- Self-adhesive fixing: peel the liner and stick — firmly positioned with high assembly efficiency
- Custom die cutting: squares, strips and irregular shapes all available, with accurate dimensions
- Hardness options: various hardness and density grades to balance support and cushioning
- Cost-effective: full-sheet nested die cutting delivers excellent value in volume production
Applications
Used to fill voids in cartons, secure the interiors of appliances and instruments, and protect furniture and hardware from impact — preventing movement and collision damage in transit.
