Project Background
An electronics brand needed large-volume custom packaging box inserts. Every cavity had to be dimensionally accurate and fit the product perfectly, while keeping converting costs under control.
Our Solution
We used multi-head CNC cutting machines that process 4–6 pieces simultaneously, greatly raising output. Precise tool-path programming holds cavity tolerances within 0.1 mm. A medium-hardness EVA foam was selected, giving smooth, burr-free cut surfaces.
Customer Feedback
Insert accuracy fully met the product locating requirements and the packaging looked markedly more premium. CNC batch production cut unit cost by around 60% versus manual cutting and shortened lead time to five working days.
