Product Overview
The 1.5 m wide EVA foam roll is a large-format product designed specifically for the fabric lamination industry. Its 1.5 metre width covers most bags, footwear and garment padding requirements, reducing splicing waste and raising productivity.
Made from premium 38° Shore EVA, it combines a soft hand feel with good rebound — ideal for heat or adhesive lamination with nylon, polyester, Oxford cloth, leather and similar fabrics. Roll form allows continuous machine feeding, greatly improving lamination efficiency.
Adhesive and Lamination Options
- Single-sided adhesive: solvent-based PSA or hot-melt adhesive on one face; peel the liner and apply — ideal for one-time bonding
- Double-sided adhesive: adhesive on both faces, for sandwich structures with foam between two layers
- Branded double-sided tape: laminated with 3M, Tesa or Nitto tapes for more consistent quality, suited to premium products
- Flame lamination: the foam surface is flame-melted and bonded directly to fabric under heat and pressure — no extra adhesive, environmentally efficient
Slitting Service
The 1.5 m master roll can be slit to any width you need. Common slit widths include:
- Narrow strips: 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm (for strip sealing and edge binding)
- Medium widths: 50 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm (for bag padding and shoe mid-soles)
- Standard widths: 100 cm, 120 cm (for large-area lamination panels)
Slitting is high-precision with clean, burr-free edges, and each roll is packed individually for convenient storage and use.

We manufacture in our own factory with quality control from raw material purchase to finished goods.
